Arya Jha is a dynamic youth leader, policy consultant, and media strategist dedicated to amplifying young voices on global issues. As the Founder & Executive Head of the Cross Cultural Leadership Forum (CCLF), she envisions a world where diverse perspectives shape policy decisions, ensuring a more inclusive and interconnected future. 

With a strong background in media, communication, and public policy, Arya has played a pivotal role in high-impact international dialogues. She was appointed as the Secretary for Communications at Y20 India, the official youth engagement group of India’s G20 Presidency, where she led strategic communication efforts to engage global youth in policymaking. Her contributions were instrumental in shaping discussions on climate action, digital transformation, and future work trends at the G20 level.

An alumna of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi, Arya has a strong foundation in radio and television journalism, coupled with an academic background in economics. She has directed impactful media projects, including promotional films for G20 and international youth forums, and continues to use her expertise in communication to drive meaningful change.

Beyond policy and media, Arya has been actively involved in youth leadership and cross-cultural collaboration. She currently serves as the International Secretary of the World Organization of Students and Youth (WOSY), leading over 1000 members and alumni in fostering global youth dialogue and implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through WOSY, she has organized international conferences, cultural exchange programs, and initiatives that promote education, climate action, and gender equality.

Through CCLF, Arya is now championing cross-cultural leadership by providing a platform for young leaders worldwide to engage, collaborate, and influence global conversations. Her leadership continues to bridge cultural divides and empower the next generation to shape a more just and sustainable world.

Mr. Prem Nath Jha is a distinguished educator, mentor, and author with over 25 years of experience in guiding civil services aspirants. His dedication to education has transformed the lives of countless students, many of whom now serve as IAS, IPS, IFS, and other esteemed officers of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

A prolific author, Mr. Jha has written several books on sociology for competitive exams, published by reputed Indian publishing houses such as Arihant and Person. His deep understanding of societal structures and governance has made his work an invaluable resource for aspirants.

Beyond his academic contributions, Mr. Jha has traveled extensively across India, offering free guidance to underprivileged students. His unwavering commitment to social equity in education has empowered countless young minds to overcome economic barriers and achieve their dreams.

An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Mr. Prem Nath Jha is now leading a new mission—fostering global dialogue on cross-cultural leadership. As the Chairperson of the Cross Cultural Leadership Forum (CCLF), he is dedicated to providing a platform where youth from diverse backgrounds can engage in meaningful discussions, influence policy-making, and shape a more interconnected and just world.
